Position Overview
The ICAM Case Manager provides individualized, participant-centered support to help New Yorkers successfully enter, persist in, and complete healthcare education and training programs. This role focuses on identifying and addressing the unique socio-economic obstacles found in the five boroughs, supporting career pathway development, and connecting participants to the resources and relationships needed to achieve long-term success in the NYC healthcare workforce.
The Case Manager serves as a consistent point of contact, working closely with Program Managers and regional partners and community organizations to promote engagement, retention, and completion.
